PLEASE bring back the soft-toe version

    By

    from Southern Oregon

Comments about KEEN Men's Tucson Low (Steel Toe):

I bought a pair of the soft version 3 years ago, and unlike a lot of other shoes (Keen included) I've had- I can't wear these out. I've worn the heck out of these shoes and they still look and feel excellent. I'm a shoe guy and these are my favorite ever by Keen. After a year I bought a second pair- but have never worn them because the first pair is standing up so well. I had to replace the laces but that's it. Super comfy, a bit heavy but not for a work-shoe, just a fantastic shoe. I wish I'd bought a third pair, or that Keen brings these back in a soft-toe.

Great shoes very comfortable and true to size keen recommends you order a half size down but I would not recommend doing that if I would have done that they would have been too small

Best work shoe I've ever had, but bring back SOFT TOE!!

    By

    from Peidmont, nc

Comments about KEEN Men's Tucson Low (Steel Toe):

Durable & comfortable. Two most important things in a work shoe. And totally waterproof.
Though I have the soft toe version, kicking myself for not getting 2 or 3 pairs when i could.
Keen, please bring back the soft toe version!!! I have both low and mid tuscon, they are amazing and no longer offered in soft toe, I have no idea why and it bums me out!

Comments about Men's Tucson Low (Steel Toe):

This shoe runs large so order 1/2 size smaller, other than that these shoes are great. My feet stayed warm and dry even when it was -8 degrees outside. I will be buying another pair in the future.

Comments about KEEN Men's Tucson Low (Steel Toe):

So far so good, I've had them about a week, swapped in my insoles without issue, nice:))
My work environments can go from concrete to carpet, indoors and out and they've been comfortable right from day one, no real negatives to report, I mean there a heavy shoe, they feel dam near indestructible and yet even with the steel toes they feel the same as my soft toe keens, no hard edging, no uncomfortable spots just a heavy duty conmortable shoe that I could were to the office on snow days or hammer on in the field.

A decent replacement for the Albany

    By

    from Minneapolis, MN

    Verified Buyer

    Pros

    • Allows for Insoles
    • Comfortable

    Cons

    • Steel toe bad for metal detectors

    Best Uses

Comments about Men's Tucson Low (Steel Toe):

I was due for a new pair of safety shoes and you discontinued my preferred model, the Albany. This is a good replacement for that shoe. The only issue I have is that the steel toe (instead of the Albany's Composite) makes my regular trips through metal detectors take that much longer.

        Best Uses

Comments about Men's Tucson Low (Steel Toe):

The tucson is the best shoe I have ever owned. I just bought my fourth pair. I have used the arroyo, and the targhee, and they were both very good shoes, but the tucson is even better. It wears better and it is more appropriate for work or play than the targhee or arroyo. I believe shoelaces are obsolete, and I take Keen up on thier ofer to ship me bungies for my shoes. I think keen is missing the boat by not promoting bungies more aggressively...
