Men's ANCHORAGE III Waterproof Boot

$135.00 $107.99

  • Style #1017789
  • Fit Guide
Please choose a size!

All-season, all-occasion versatility sets this boot apart. Nubuck leather looks good with jeans or slacks, while waterproofing, insulation and a snow-friendly sole make it ideal for winter wear.

  • 4mm multi-directional lugs for traction
  • 200 grams KEEN.Warm™ insulation
  • *Cleansport NXT™ for natural odor control
  • KEEN.Freeze rubber snow and ice grip
  • ESS shank offers lightweight support
  • Thermal heat-shield footbed captures warmth
  • KEEN.Dry waterproof, breathable membrane

We've carefully selected leather uppers designed to last. Then again, if you're wearing your KEENs daily, they won't always be scuff and dirt-free. To treat day to day wear and tear, especially on lighter color leathers, we recommend using a leather cleaner and conditioner, found at most footwear dealers and/or shoe repair shops.

    Bummed with the Anchorage

Comments about KEEN Men's ANCHORAGE III Waterproof Boot:

Long time Keen user. I had recently got a pair of Citizen Keens in 10.5 and loved them. I like the looks and idea of a slip on boot so I ordered the Anchorage in 10.5. They were enormous. So I paid $20 to ship them back, got a 10 and thought they would work.. Tried them on still huge around the ankles /tongue area. Basically there not usable. I was stupid though, I waterproofed them then spent another $30 in Dr. Scholls heel pads and tongue pads as well and sole inserts. Still way too big.
I have no idea whats up with this boot but it did not fit like any KEEN boot or sandal I have owned.

Wear them everyday. Good in snow--high enough to keep snow out-- and on Ice. Look good enough to wear out for drinks and are super easy to put on and off.

Comments about Men's ANCHORAGE III Waterproof Boot:

The boot is great and I wear them every day. The only thing wrong with them is the back was taring up my ankle. but after changing my socks it was all set and it has not happen again.

    "Best shoes Ever, Winter version."

Comments about Men's ANCHORAGE III Waterproof Boot:

This is the first time to write a review of any product I have bought online, but this one is worth it. These are a really nice pair of winter shoes. They are my third pair of Keens as I have a Braddock work boot and the Ashland for casual wear. We call these the "best shoes ever, winter version" ...summer version being the Keen Ashland. I bought these as a warm/dry alternative to the Ashland for winter wear and they deliver. The construction is rugged yet stylish and I see no potential breakdown issues in the future. They are warmer than my unlined Ashlands yet not too hot to wear everyday. I would note that the Thinsulate will probably make them uncomfortable once the temps get into the 60's, at which point I will shift back to my Ashlands. You do need to wear over the ankle socks with these however, because the top line on the back of the shoe will rub on the back of your leg causing some abrasion discomfort if you walk around a lot. For me it was solvable by wearing an over the ankle sock and definitely not the fault of the shoe design, so I still gave this shoe five stars.
