Important:  Please read these rules before entering this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1.   Description: The “KEEN Strava Segment Challenge” competition (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01 a.m. on May 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 24, 2026 based on each participants local time zone (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are void. The promoter of this Promotion is KEEN, Inc. (“KEEN”). KEEN’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. OFFER VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. A STRAVA ACCOUNT AND INTERNET CONNECTION ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER.

2.   Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority under applicable law) at the time of entry. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by KEEN in the manner and format designated below. Directors, officers and employees of KEEN, Strava, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible to win any prizes. Limit one (1) entry per completion of qualifying challenge segment during the Entry Period. Entrants must be logged into Strava with a public profile, activities must be marked “Everyone,” and entrants must also opt into the challenge via the Strava challenge landing page.

3.   Disclaimer.  KEEN, Strava, other providers of any prize, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for any of the following where caused by factors beyond their reasonable control: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of KEEN, Strava, or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

4.   Identity of Entrant.  In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and Strava account submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential prize winners may be required to provide KEEN with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and Strava account associated with the relevant winning entry. 

5.   Entry: To enter the Promotion, an individual must first opt-in to the challenge through the Strava platform. The Promotion is conducted in four (4) designated regions: Memphis, Tennessee; Tahoe, California; Salida, Colorado; and San Francisco, California (each, a “Region”). The qualifying challenge segments for each Region will be identified on the Strava challenge page.

Upon opting-in, an entrant will receive one (1) entry for their first successful completion of a qualifying challenge segment. Strava will send an email notification to the entrant confirming this initial entry. Each subsequent completion of a qualifying challenge segment by the entrant will constitute one (1) additional entry into the Promotion. Entrants may complete qualifying challenge segments in multiple Regions, with entries assigned to the prize drawing within the respective Region, but, if chosen as a winner in multiple Regions, may only win in one Region.

KEEN reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any Entries that appear to be generated by a macro, script or other automated means, GPS spoofing or other fraudulent activity tracking, manual activity uploads, or use of bots, entries that are excessive, repetitive, or inconsistent with normal participation, and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry it deems to be inappropriate or otherwise ineligible.

6.   Alternative Method of Entry: To enter the Promotion without completing a qualifying challenge segment on Strava, an eligible entrant may submit an email entry. To enter via email, send an email KEEN US Marketing marketing.us@keenfootwear.com with the subject line “KEEN Segment Challenge Entry” and include your full legal name, complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), telephone number, date of birth, and designated Region in the body of the email.

Each eligible email submission will count as one (1) entry into the Promotion. There is no limit on the number of email entries an entrant may submit during the Promotion Period, provided that each email submission is unique and submitted separately in accordance with these Official Rules.

Email entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Use of automated systems, scripts, macros, or other means to generate multiple entries is prohibited, and any such entries may be void in KEEN’s sole discretion. KEEN may disqualify entries that are excessive, repetitive, or inconsistent with normal participation. KEEN reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to submit entries using multiple or different email addresses, identities, or any other methods that are intended to circumvent these Official Rules.

The odds of winning a prize are the same for entries submitted via the Strava platform and for entries submitted via this alternative email method. All entries, regardless of method, will be treated equally for purposes of the random drawing.

7.   Prizes: Four (4) prizes are available to be won. One (1) winner will be randomly selected by KEEN, whose decisions are final, from all eligible entries in each of the four (4) Regions. The prizes will be awarded solely on the basis of chance. Limit one (1) prize per person.

Each prize consists of the following components: one (1) entry for the winner to participate in the Wy’East Trail Fest August 15 – 16, 2026 (the “Event”), for which the winner may select their preferred race distance; round-trip transportation for the winner to Portland, Oregon from a major commercial airport in the United States or other location near the winner’s legal residence, as determined by KEEN in its sole discretion; a stipend for camping accommodations for the duration of the Event; and one (1) pair of KEEN brand shoes, with a maximum retail value not to exceed $185.00.

Winners must be available to travel to Portland, Oregon to attend the Event on the specified dates. Failure to cooperate in finalizing travel arrangements within a reasonable timeframe specified by KEEN may result in forfeiture of the prize. The Winner must be physically able to participate in the prize trip and must meet all Event requirements, including the execution of all required Event waivers, and must follow all Event rules.
All prizes are awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution is permitted, except that KEEN reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including if the Event is canceled. 

The estimated value of each prize may vary depending on the winner’s point of origin. The average retail value per prize is approximately $2,000, and the total average retail value for all prizes is approximately $8,000.

The prize does not include travel insurance, taxes, or any other costs incidental to the fulfillment of the prize not expressly set forth herein. Any other costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are available to travel and possess any necessary valid passports, visas, and other travel documents for the trip.

Participation in the Event is at the winner’s own risk. The winner may be required to provide evidence of medical clearance prior to participation.

8.   Odds of Winning; Taxes: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible participants in each region. Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes, registration, fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses in claiming, registering and using their prize. This may include sales taxes and property taxes. Winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 by KEEN. KEEN has no liability with regard to taxes and fees for the prizes.

9.   Winner Selection and Notification: Potential prize winner will be selected and notified by July 10, 2026. To claim a prize, potential prize winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification and reply to KEEN within three (3) days of attempted notification. As a condition of being awarded any prize, potential prize winners and their guests will be required, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of documents from KEEN, to verify their correct address and execute and deliver to KEEN a signed certificate of eligibility and release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by KEEN in its sole discretion. Failure of a prize winner to respond or execute and deliver such documents within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner of that prize from the remaining eligible entries. Only up to three (3) alternate winners may be chosen otherwise the prize in question will remain un-awarded.

10.   Publicity Release. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission for KEEN to use a prize winner’s name, hometown, likeness, voice, and prize information for promotional activities connected to the Promotion without further payment or consideration.  Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of being awarded any prize, the prize winner and their guest may be required to execute a consent for KEEN to use their name, hometown, likeness, voice, and prize information for promotional activities connected to the Promotion, including but not limited to announcing them as a prize winner, reporting on their prize trip and other reasonable post-Promotion publicity, without further payment or consideration.

11.   General Release. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release KEEN and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

12.   Disputes: This Promotion is governed by the laws the State of Oregon, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. As a condition of entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Multnomah County, Oregon having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, each entrant hereby waives all damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering the Promotion), including without limitation, all punitive, incidental or consequential damages, attorneys' fees, and fee multiplication awards.

13.   Privacy Policy: Please refer to KEEN’s Privacy Policy at www.keenfootwear.com/ for information about how KEEN collects, uses and discloses your information. All Strava data is subject to Strava’s Privacy Policy, located at https://www.strava.com/legal/privacy.

14.   Binding Effect: By participating in this Promotion you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

15.   Copy of Listing of Winners; Rules Request: For a list of prize winners and their location, send an email with the subject line “KEEN Strava Challenge Promotion Winners List” to marketing.us@keenfootwear.com after July 10, 2026 and not later than August 31, 2026. 17.   Miscellaneous.  Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of KEEN, which are final and binding in all respects.  KEEN reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any entrant's participation in the Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond KEEN's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion, or KEEN otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Promotion, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to KEEN, the Promotion or any other entrant (in each case as determined in KEEN's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Promotion.  KEEN reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Promotion.  Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect.
