  • Sadly, disappointed

I made this based on the last pair of boot that I bought. The same boot just 1.5-2 years ago. I absolutely loved that pair of boots! Extremely comfortable and supportive. The first pair of boots that I didn't have to put insoles in. Lasted a long time, and the reason I came back for another pair. I bragged to everyone about them. All that said now that I have worn the new boots for about a month these are not even close to as comfortable. At the end of the work day I rush to get them off, never had that issue before. I was even planning on getting another pair over Christmas and decided not to because of how uncomfortable this pair of boots is. Very disappointed 😔

My first pair of Keen boots has positive results.

Heavy in my hands, but light on the feet, very comfortable. I am an equipment technician by trade and work in the field at times so my boots are exposed to the elements as well as concrete. A month went by and the boots developed a squish noise and I didn't think much of it until they started having bubbles coming out of the side of the soul. I also noticed red tread pealing off the bottom. I contacted Keen which was the correct thing to do and they responded with warranty paperwork about my concern. Within days I had a response and this was during the Christmas holiday. That is outstanding customer service that anyone can appreciate. Replacements on the way. I will absolutely look to Keen when purchasing again.

I purchased these boots 3 months ago. Love them with. The exception of the young of the boot always wants to move to the side kind of uncomfortable at times. But all in all a good work boot

Look nice but the soles are garbage.

I bought these boots 2 years ago. I've only been wearing them for about 1 year. I walk around all night on smooth cement and sometimes on metal maintenance stands. After less than a year, the sole material started chunking. I've had other Keen shoes in the past and the soles wore out rather than come apart. These new boots are VERY disappointing given their cost. If this is the new example of Keen's equality (cheap materials and high prices) then this is my last pair. Too bad I'm past the 1 year warranty.

    Comfortable Boot but not durable

    3

Hello, I purchased these boots back around March of this year. I'm a brewer and luckily I'm not around much water or other harsh chemicals. After a week of usage I notice one of the boots was making a noise like if it's getting air every time I walked. The next week I noticed the sole was coming apart from the leather. I went back to the store I purchased them and they exchanged them for a new pair, they thought it might've been a defect from the factory. Second pair comes in no noise after several weeks of usage but I notice again the sole was coming out on the back heel. Went to the store again they told me they don't do exchange only one time courtesy but they will work with me. At that point I was getting very mad that I spent a lot of money on a pair of boots that didn't last me very long. After all of this I got me a pair of stitched sole to avoid the problem again. I wish they would make those boots with a better quality glue or what ever they use.

I wear these for work on concrete floors around 70 hours a week... have only had for a few weeks but so far so good. Comfortable from day one. Will have to see how long they hold up.

I didn't expect these boots to last this long. 18 months! Leather - still holding strong. Phenomenal! Laces - still able to really get a good pull! The "sheathing" on one is parted but don't effect the ability to tighten. Sole/tread - The type of tread is not the correct tread for the type of work surface I put them through. However, they lasted a very long time with repeated abuse. The types of work surfaces they went through are: Non-skid, asphalts, concrete, bare metal, corrugated metal, ladders, solvents, saltwater and oil. The non-skid really tore up the outer tread area (see pictures) Overall great boot! Now to test out the Logandales!
