    Never buy again

I bought these and when I first put them on right out of the box the top eyelet broke. Keen sent me a replacement pair right away and the replacement pair did the same thing right out of the box. I returned them at the beginning of the week and now the end of the week im still waiting for my money back. I'll never buy keens again. Im going to stick with my proven Ariats.

    Great Boot!

I've noticed allot of the negative reviews have been from users who abuse there footwear! If you work in a profession that gives you and boot allowance yearly or ever 6 months, use it! Its also best to rotate your work boots! Work boots should be replaced ever year at the most!

    Excellent boots!

My husband loves these boots. After a long hard day on the roof his feet don't hurt, these boots are amazingly comfortable.

Poor quality on the upper speed lace eyelets

    1

Been wearing keen boots on the railroad for several years now and loved them up until now. Needed some good quality warm waterproof boots. Had these boots for one day and the upper quick lace eyelets already broke off. Now I can't lace them all the way up at all. The laces that they come with are far to thick for the eyelets. Very dissatisfied with this pair of keens $175 down the drain. Not sure what the warranty is on these. I'll be going back to red wings from now on.

Very sturdy, very slick on cold surfaces.

I got these after a warranty claim on another pair. I have worn these 5-6 days a week for the past 2.5 years with very minimal treadwear. I'm an electrician so I work in a variety of climates and these have been great. I've been through three sets of laces and even replaced the insoles to memory foam. After this long I really have no business complaining, but since day 1 I've noticed the tread gets rock hard very quickly even in 40 degree temps. Don't even try walking causally without caution under 32 degrees. If I could change one thing, it would be the sole material. It gets hard way to quickly even above freezing.

    DO NOT BUY!

    1

I would give these 0 stars if I could. Originally I contacted customer service because my first pair of keen boots failed after less than 6 months. The soles of the boot cracked leaving me with wet feet. After my claim they gave me a $160 gift certificate to get a new pair so I got these. Since I actually bought a different pair of carolina boots these sat for about a year. I brought them out in November so I had a fresh pair for winter. I'm writing the review in January with another letdown. My right foot is soaked and it seems to be seaping in from the bottom. I thought maybe I got snow in it so I dried them out last night but today after stepping in a puddle outside my truck less than 1 inch deep. My foots wet again... I think it's pretty safe to say I'll never buy another pair of keen boots.

Four years on first pair and 2 and counting on second

    4

I wore my first pair at work for 2 years, 5 days a week up to 16 hours a day including commute and being too busy to take off once back home. I still have this pair for working on my property. I beat the heck out of them and all I've done is change the laces. My second pair is now two years old. I've moved into operational management so I'm not in the field as much and have found the Milwaukee to now be way overkill for an office bound schlep that needs safety boots only for field inspections. This pair has been conditioned every month and still look brand new, minus a little cracking in the rubber toe box cover(not the portion directly on the end, but the thinner material on top). I will be purchasing some lighter weight wedges and will keep this pair as a replacement to my older Milwaukees for home work. I do have to say that the first pair was a little more comfortable than the second pair. Also, if weight is a consideration...the Milwaukee is pretty heavy.

Started leaking at 11 months old, coming apart and separating at 14 months. Just being honest.

    Great boots! Weak laces

    4

These boots are durable and very waterproof. Went trudging around in 10 inches of snow with no issues. As a construction worker, I wear them daily with no foot fatigue. My only complaint would be with the laces. After 3 weeks, the outer fabric snapped and shed off leaving only the inner cord.
