Men's Arroyo II

$100.00

  • Fit Tip: We hear this style is running about 1/2 size big. We suggest ordering a 1/2 size smaller than your usual size! Size Guide
Please choose a size! Please choose an inseam!

All the best features of a hiking shoe and a sandal in one comfortable style. Open vents in the waterproof leather provide breathability, and the multi-directional lug outsole bites into tough terrain.

  • 4mm multi directional lugs
  • Heel support structure
  • Secure fit lace capture system
  • Torsion stability ESS shank

We've carefully selected leather uppers designed to last. Then again, if you're wearing your KEENs daily, they won't always be scuff and dirt-free. To treat day to day wear and tear, especially on lighter color leathers, we recommend using a leather cleaner and conditioner, found at most footwear dealers and/or shoe repair shops.

  • yes, but probably 1/2 size smaller

I normally wear a 101/2, but in Keene's i wear a 10. These seem to run a little bigger than usual. With thick socks they are ok. And can't tighten them as much as I would like with the adjustable string.

When the temperatures climb, my black motorcycle boots go into the back and my Keen sandals go on. I'm on my third pair. I keep my bike shiney side up!

I purchased this shoe to function as shoes or sandles. So far I am very satisfied. I have to say that Keen shoes have never disappointed me. Keens are a GREAT,comfortable all day shoe, no matter which ones you purchase. I own at least 10 different pairs.

    Good News/Bad News

    2

The good news about the Arroyo II is that they feel great right out of the box (no break-in period), the upper holds up well, and generally speaking they're a super-comfy sport sandal ... for about two months. Which brings me to the bad news. Two months in, the gimmicky laces fell apart and had to be replaced. (I purchased some regular laces from Target for $1.99, which are still going strong 10 month later.) The bigger problem is the soles of these shoes began to self-destruct about six months in. Pieces of the black tread began to peel off, which I addressed with limited success with a tube of super-glue (see photo). Then large chunks of the tread on the heel fell off leaving big divots in the bottom of the shoe (see photo), which has rendered them unwearable. I'm 132 pounds and not particularly hard on my shoes, so this isn't a case of shoes breaking down under extreme conditions. In short, the Arroyo II turned out to be bizarrely fragile and a big disappointment at $100. Cannot recommend.

    Absolutely Love Them

    Need more colors

    5

I love Keen shoes and these are my most comfortable. I wear them walking my dogs or working all day and they feel like little clouds on my feet. My only complaint is that there is only 1 color. I love the green, but I'm ready to buy a second pair and I need some variety.

Love them took your advice went half-size down

Very much form-fitting sandals. Followed instructions bought half-size down. Perfect fit. Too tight with soxs. I am buying half-size up so that I am able to wear with medium soxs. Very happy.
