  • How do I change my shipping address?

    If there is a mistake on your shipping address, don’t worry! We have a few options.

    For packages being sent by UPS  we recommend you sign up for UPS MyChoice.

    It’s a free service that will allow you to manage your shipments. You’ll need to add the address on your order for it to be added to your UPS MyChoice account: https://wwwapps.ups.com/doapp/signupmychoice?loc=en_US

    You will need your tracking number in order to change your address through UPS MyChoice.  IF you haven't yet received your tracking number via email and it has been over 48 hours since you placed the order please contact us at 866-676-5336 so we can assist. 

     For packages being sent by USPS, call 1 (800) 275-8777 and press 3 when prompted.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to make changes, please wait to receive your order and make any returns at that time.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We are proud to say that we offer FREE  shipping for any orders $75.00 or more. For orders under $75.00, shipping will cost $10.00.

    USPS delivery is required for PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO. Puerto Rico, and Guam addresses, and these addresses will not qualify for free shipping.

    Not valid on KEEN Pro program orders, prior purchases, purchases at retail stores, or express or overnight shipping.

  • What is the cut-off for same-day shipping?

    Our cut-off time for same-day shipping is 9:00 AM PST Monday – Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off time will have tracking numbers emailed to the order recipient before the end of the day or early the next morning. All orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will ship the following business day.

  • Where can I find this shoe locally?

    If you are looking to see if a specific style is available at a store near you we recommend utilizing our Store locator: https://www.keenfootwear.com/stores/.  Please note any access we have to what inventory our retail partners are carrying is managed and updated by them.   We always recommend calling to confirm before making a trip to ensure the information we are relaying is accurate.

  • How long until my order arrives?

    Our shipping time-frame is 3-7 business days for our Standard shipping. Our distribution center is located in Kentucky, so ground shipping ranges from 3-4 business days in Central and Eastern states, and up to 7 business days in the Western US and outlying areas. Business days are Monday - Friday, except major holidays. Orders placed before 9:45AM PT will normally ship same day. After 9:45AM PT, they will ship the next business day.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside of the United States. However, we do partner with international dealers that may be able to assist further in finding our product locally. In order to view our global dealer list follow the link below.

    Items are generally shipped within one business day after your order has been placed.

    STANDARD SHIPPING - $10.00
    Delivers in 3-7 business days

    EXPRESS SHIPPING - $20.00
    Delivers in 2-3 business days.

    RUSH SHIPPING - $35.00
    Delivers in 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Restrictions

    - Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

    - We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.

    - USPS is the available shipping method for PO box, APO, DPO, FPO, Puerto Rico and Guam addresses.

    - Currently, we are not able to ship to locations outside of the United States.

    - For items purchased with a credit card, you will not be billed until the items have shipped. For items purchased with a debit or bank card, there may be a hold or authorization placed on your card upon order confirmation.

    - Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. For example, if you order an item on Monday that leaves our warehouse in 1-2 full business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States), it will leave our warehouse no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.
