  • Sorely disappointed

    1

    I work landscape. This is the second pair of Keens I have bought over the years, and both have disappointed with their inability to retain their waterproofness. Most of my days are walking and kneeling or squatting, this pair didn't even last 7 weeks before the outer material cracked and the toe kick started to peel away. The fit and support are good, but I will be looking elsewhere for quality shoes from now on

    Wonderful shoes

    I bought these for work shoes where I am on my feet all day and dealing with a lot of water and these shoes are just perfect! Super comfy, cute and my feet stay dry. The color in person is a littler darker than the picture, which I like better.

    Not impressed

    1

    Have had these shoes for a few months now, and I actually regret spending the money on them. Arch support is not very good, in fact the overall support is not great. I have average arches, and even after buying new insoles to try to augment the overall shoe design, I can't wear them for long periods without developing foot pain. The outer aspect of the foot seems to be built up too much so it almost feels like my foot is caving in on itself. Overall, expected much, much better from the brand and for the price. These were my first experience with Keen footwear, and likely my last

    Great lightweight trail shoe

    5

    I bought these to hike around in Utah this season. I have taken them down to Moab and Arches and they were great. They have a good fit with the bungee type laces. They are lightweight. The shark/tiger lily color is great! They got pretty dusty with red sand but still looked awesome. I'm excited to see how they hold up with water. Only have them in a desert environment so far but they did excellent.

    Happy feet

    These are amazingly comfortable for problem feet. I use orthotics (a different problem in each foot), and can walk all day in these. I've been suffering for years in another brand, and now can go long distances again, so I'm buying another style for rougher trails. Thank you Keen! My only complaint is that the tongue is a little short.

    Love these shoes but wear out quick!

    4

    I love these shoes so much. They are so comfortable and so easy to slip on. I would give them 5 stars but they wore out so quickly. I got them for Christmas (December 2016), and only 4 months later, they are already falling apart. The rubber part on the outside of the toe has become sort of flap-py, and the inside of the heels is wearing off and now rubbing on the back of my heels. I would like to purchase these again but I'd like to know that they would last longer than 4 months. I love all my other keen shoes I have - short hiking boots, and long hiking boots. I just don't wear those 2 pairs as often as I have worn these ones.

    Unfortunately this shoe did not work for me. I really liked the pull cord lacing and it felt snug except for the heel. I have narrow feet and narrow heels, and after reading a review that said it didnt slip on the heel, I thought I would give it a go. I bought the Teradora as well, and absolutely love it as it seems to be a tad more narrow. Both were true to size for me; neither a half size too small, or too large.

    Versatrail = versatile

    5

    During a recent New England snowstorm, I ordered two pair of waterproof trail shoes - the VERSATRAIL and the TERRADORA. I wanted to keep one, but both offered different quality details I ended up keeping both. The VERSATRAIL surprised me with the pull cord adjustment, allowing me to put thicker wool socks on for a colder days walk or thin socks for casual around the house wear. The lightweight material helps with leg fatigue, the padded collar means no slip in the heal, and check out that ankle bone dip, no rubbing there. I bought the Shark/Tiger Lily - a perfect color combo for year round wear.
