I work in a hospital and work 12hour shifts... an over abundance of walking. These shoes are comfortable, they're not too heavy, I especially appreciate them as they are waterproof and pretty easy to clean. It took me a while to find the right shoe for me, but these are a game changer! I love to wear keens hiking and kayaking too!

Sadly can't buy this one again

I like the fit of this shoe, though it was much smaller through the toe box than my other Keens. It developed tears where the fabric meets the clear stripe about 4 months after I began to wear them. I came to the reviews to see if others had the same issue, and it appears so. I didn't consider the warranty and continued to wear them, so I don't think I qualify for repair. I can't recommend this shoe, unfortunately because I like the appearance and got many compliments.

I'm sorry, I love my keen shoes, but not these. I have over 20 pair of keen shoes. That's all I wear, summer, fall, winter, spring. I have never been disappointed with a pair of keen shoes . These shoes do not fit or feel like any of my other keens. They are much stiffer and narrower. I don't have a wide foot. I have to use a shoe horn to get my feet in these shoes. When I walk in these shoes I feel every step. I read the reviews and should have known they were not right. I just thought that most people who wear keens have a wide foot . I don't so I won't have a problem. WRONG! I wanted them because they are waterproof. I walk at least 2 miles everyday rain, snow or shine. I thought these would be my answer to keeping my feet dry. They have done that but at the price of comfort and support. Pay attention to the reviews. These are not representative of the fit, support and comfort of a keen shoe.

    Disappointing

First of all I ordered this pair of shoes because I absolutely LOVE the pair I bought almost 6 years ago. They are still in great shape and comfy as ever. However, the original pair was a different style more conducive to summer, so I decided to get a warmer pair. So far, I'm not thrilled...they are comfy in the soles, however they are very tight at the base of toes from side to side....I do not have wide feet at all and I am bummed that they really hurt to wear for more than a half hour or so...I was hoping they would flex a bit with wear, but so far a couple weeks of sticking it out hasn't helped. My thoughts are it's a good shoe only if you have super thin feet!

    Poor quality

I love these shoes, I wish they weren't coming apart. I like the look of the fabric but it's developed tears for no apparent reason. Definitely not the quality I expect from Keen.

    I don't think they run narrow. =)

Ok, so.... I bought snow boots a couple years ago in my regular size and they are too big. Based on that, I bought Elsa sneakers in my size and they are almost too small. So based on those things, the product info, and the reviews (which made it sound like the shoe is narrow and fits more like the Elsa than the boots), and the fact that I have very wide feet, I bought this shoe 1/2 size bigger and it's TOO BIG! That said, the shoes are great quality and quite comfortable if I wear them with big thick socks, which I will be doing more and more because it's already getting really cold in Central Oregon. If I ever buy them again, I'll go back to my actual size.

Developed holes in very first week of use

    1

I was excited to try out Keens for the first time and these were the most comfortable low-top hiker in REI so I bought them for a seven-day backcountry hike. They started to fall apart before the 7 days were even up, developing holes in both shoes where the fabric meets the clear panel, by the big toe. Really unbelievably poor quality for a waterproof hiker that costs $130. In other news, they have a seam running down the back of the shoe on the inside, precisely where the heel meets the shoe. I assumed the seam couldn't possibly be as blister-causing as it looked, or no one would be buying these shoes, but I did get blisters on both heels from the seams right away. Figured I'd paste some moleskin over the seams to be able to keep wearing them, but then the shoes started to fall apart before the week was even out.

I really like these shoes, I need to get another color

Very light and comfortable. They do run big, I usually always take a 9.5 in Keen, these I had to return and get a nine.

    Keens keep it DRY!

    5

I'm a PE teacher and bought these shoes to wear outside in the wet grass everyday to teach my classes. I had been having to change my socks and shoes every couple of hours, but my Keens keep my feet and socks dry all day!
