I just completed a 7 park tour out west in the waterproof oakridge hiker. Im an active 5'7 135lbs female and typically wear a size 7 shoe with narrowish feet / collapsing arches. I sized up to a 7.5 which was a good fit in length but seemed wide. I was able to scramble wet and slushy sandstone with ease. However, my feet DID get wet. Also, these shoes are very uncomfortable even with a break in period. I found myself drawing all 10 toes toward the ball of my feet to find foot relief. I have another hiking tour coming up in April and can't stand the thought of wearing these again. I will be searching for a new pair.
