Comments about Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
comfy and wide enough for the toes, love the zip laces, would like to see a little more cush in the soul (i have arthritis in the knees) and a longer tongue or tab to hold onto when slipping them on, good in the mud because they do not have deep groves on the bottom of the souls like running shoes and do not retain dirt into the house
Comments about Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
I work in a stainless steel manufacturing facility and am required to wear safety toe shoes. As a woman, I found that Keen footwear has it all. Comfortable, durable, lightweight and pretty cool looking, also. Definitely a great shoe.
Comments about Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
I purchased these for my medical professional spouse. She's on her feet 12 hours a day. I liked the ESD rating as she is around medical equipment. The aluminum toe was a bonus, as she deals with alot of hostile Yahoo's in the ER, keeps her little pigs safe. She told me she loves her new Keen's.
Comments about KEEN Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
Very comfortable even for wide feet. Also light on my feet.
Comments about Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
I work in a warehouse, so the toe protection is nice - and lighter than the steel toe. Not too comfortable after standing for a couple hours, but I walk and sit for my job also, so they work well enough. I will use these, but probably go back to the soft toe or hiking shoe next time for comfort.
Comments about KEEN Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
I was initially attracted to this shoe because of the wide toe box and that it was non-skid....but I should have paid more attention to, or done more research on "work shoes". I can see why this would be a great work shoe, but for my purposes of just a comfortable shoe to walk around it, it was a poor choice on my part. The shoe was too wide (I have a narrow foot and it shifted up/down on my achilles tendon) and the safety features made it heavier than I like.
Comments about KEEN Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
I wear nothing but Keens, so I know my size with them. I was so disappointed that I had to return these shoes due to them being too small and narrow. They are really cute, but not true to Keen sizes.
Comments about Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
These are a bit stiff and don't offer the flexibility I'm used to.
Comments about Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
This is my fifth pair of KEEN safety toe shoes, having purchased three pairs of the FLINT LOW in the past, and one pair of MID (DETROIT, I think). But this ASHEVILLE pair is by far the most comfortable! The color is a bit darker than in the photos - which I am pleased with, as my shoes get quite dirty in the field. The only reason I can't give this pair five stars is because they are lacking a loop on the tongue, which makes it a little harder to adjust the tongue when putting them on. Otherwise, another great pair of safety shoes from KEEN!
Comments about Women's ASHEVILLE ESD (Aluminum Toe):
These shoes are so comfortable! They're easy to slip on and off, and I love knowing that the aluminum toe is there for protection. Would definitely recommend!
