  • Meets ASTM F1677-96 MARK II non-slip testing standards

  • I would buy these boots again in a heart beat!!

I am up and down stairs, in the office, on the shop floor, climbing on helicopters, and working on concrete floors. They are super comfortable. They took only a couple days to work in out of the box.

    Solid boot with minor flaws

I've been wearing Keen boots solidly for the last few years, it's hard to beat the comfort for my particular foot/work environment. The boots overall are pretty good, I've been wearing them 5 days a week, 8+ hours a day for almost 3 months. Typical wear and tear and seems to have passed the Keen "of it'll break, it'll break early" point. There was some lace biting issue when they we new but resolved itself when the leather started to break in. The laces were horrible, buts that seems to be an overall Keen issue. I don't think I've had Keen laces last more than three weeks before snapping. One reviewer mentioned the size seemed off, about a half to full size larger than other keen boots and I agree. I usually wear a 10 but probably could have dropped down to a 9 in these.

    Replaced with this pair

Bought this pair after my first didn't make it 6 months, being a different brand from Keen. However I must say Keen customer service was quick to look into this issue and gave me a voucher for replacement. I bought a more sturdier pair lets hope. So I just started wearing them this week(3 days). Very comfortable. Jury's out. Will update in a few months. Thanks Keen customer service for your help.

    Somewhat disappointed

I bought these in mid October of 2018 and use them maybe three hours a night and the bottom sole is already coming apart from the boot. They are comfortable but for the price I'd expect them to last more than a month and a half of light work. I work in a sterile pharmaceutical environment, so nothing too tough on a boot.

Don't know what lasts Keen is using for these boots, but it sure doesn't match the fit of other Keen boots that I have, both safety toe and soft toe. Boot is at least a half size larger in length compared to my other boots. Didn't return for a smaller size due to the concern that that would be too tight in the toe box. Seems to be a well made boot, sizing is just "odd" for me compared to every other Keen that I've owned.

Very uncomfortable. The tongue design needs improvement. Left boot started biting foot.

    Improve the sole quality asap

I love the light weight of the boots and they are very comfortable. However the soles have delaminated on two different pairs in just a few days of wearing them. I sent them back and I would like to try them again but I am tired of doing this, when I emailed them the response was that they have a very low defect rate on this boot. I used the boots like I have used other medium duty Keen boots and the others have never done this. Fix the boot and maybe I'll try them again.
