I love Keen shoes and sandals. The broad toes are good for my feet. I bought shoes and liked them so much I bought work shoe (ankle high) too. This was wild behavior from someone who rarely spends more than $40 on a pair of shoes. I upped the ante and bought sandals. The leather tore at the stitch line. My first disappointment, but I photographed the problem and sent it with the purchase receipt to Keen. In two days I had a voucher to a 100% replacement pair. Such generosity will be good for Keen, because it translated to brand loyalty which, in turn, has the effect of good advertising. Other companies should do the same.
