The quality of the insole itself satisfied me, but still, the product is unsatisfactory for perhaps more than half the population. This seems to be a cost-cutting trend among some shoe manufacturers and most insole manufacturers. Their arch placement of the insoles are not sized for all shoe sizes. Instead, a size 10 and 11 could have the same insole arch location, even though the insole length is cut to match the different shoe length. This seemed to be the case for my Keen boots. Their separately sold insoles -- because they don't have the size resolution -- could not fix that. Not every one has the same foot size for both feet, and many will not even have the foot size Keen purports to provide insoles for, and thus for their shoes also. The company should get their act together on this insole sizing matter. Insole size-resolution matters too!
