Like most newer Keen designs, these have a narrow (rather than wide) toe box. I ordered up, and they fit, and are cute--but are just not *comfortable*. The shoe is surprisingly hard in the toe and while some Keens feel supportive and comfortable, wearing these feel punishing. These also have very little arch support. Usually that works for me (I have a low arch), but found my feet were aching from lack of support. I expect a lot of my Keens compared to other brands, because support, width and comfort are what I rely on to keep me going. These are going back.
