    Well built

Comments about KEEN Men's GYPSUM II Waterproof:

Comfortable arch support that allows me to walk miles without pain. I did have to buy 1/2 size larger than I do with regular shoes. Good stability on dirt roads and paths. Not the most stylish look, but if my feet don't hurt after a long hike then I am happy.

Finally a Keen low hiking boot that fits my 13 foot

    By

    from Tulsa, OK

Comments about Men's GYPSUM II Waterproof:

I have a medium width size 13 foot. I have never been able to get a good fit in any Keen boot/shoe/sandal... until now. Previous to the Gypsum II, I had tried the Versago and Targhee II. The Versago was too short and my toes were jammed against the toe cap. I also found the toe cap too narrow. The Targhee II length was fine but the heel was way too loose and my heel slipped badly even when wearing a thicker sock. After my third frustrating call to Keen Support, I finally spoke to a guy who had the same sized foot as me and he suggested I try the Gypsum II. Give that guy a raise!

The Gypsum II solves all my previous issues. The length is just right as is the width in the toe box. No more jammed toes. The heel is not loose for me and the overall comfort is great due to nice padding in the tongue and collar.

So this is a very nice low hiking boot. Waterproof supposedly but I haven't had any hikes that tested that yet.

Wore this style of Keen s

Comments about KEEN Men's GYPSUM II Waterproof:

Wore this style of Keen shoe hiking Zion and Bryce Canyons during a recent trip through the National Parks. Great fit and comfortable with wool as well as compression socks. Handled rock strewn trails as well as improved foot paths with comforting degree of protection for my feet. Toe box is roomy on the pair I purchased. The generous rand across the toe of shoe gives great protection against foot strikes against rocks on the trail. Welcomed traction on dirt trails skirting cliff walls.

    Nice shoe and seems well

Comments about KEEN Men's GYPSUM II Waterproof:

Nice shoe and seems well built. My only complaint is that they hurt my feet. The arch support feels very aggressive. I wore then around the house for few hours for a couple of days and they hurt my feet so bad that I had to take them off for relief. Will have to send them back.

    Nice Shoe but too big!

Comments about KEEN Men's GYPSUM II Waterproof:

I ordered my usual size (10.5) and these were WAY too big!

    Had to return them.

Seemed like a good shoe otherwise. Like the look and feel, but just too big to wear.
