Men's Destin Low (Steel Toe)

$115.00

  • Size Guide
Please choose a size! Please choose an inseam!

Crafted of water-resistant leather, this work shoe has all the protection of a full-featured work boot. Asymmetrical steel toes improve the fit, and an oil- and slip-resistant outsole adds sure footing.

  • Left and right asymmetrical steel toe
  • Meets or exceeds ASTM F2412-11 and F2413-11 I/75 C/75 EH standards
  • Style with black midsole and outsole meets ASTM F1677-96 Mark II non-slip testing standards

We've carefully selected leather uppers designed to last. Then again, if you're wearing your KEENs daily, they won't always be scuff and dirt-free. To treat day to day wear and tear, especially on lighter color leathers, we recommend using a leather cleaner and conditioner, found at most footwear dealers and/or shoe repair shops.

  • I like the design but not up to the standard i've known keen

    3

I like the design(wish there was a composite toe) and look of them but the comfort just isn't there like I've known for keep for the past 7+ years I've own and loved for keen's boots(I've only own boots maybe that's it since this are my first and only shoe's from keen). I might get a new insole but I believe I shouldn't have to do that with a new pair of shoes. well try them first before you buy them. I did before I bought them but they were ok at first but weren't for long periods of times like with the 4 other boots(I use for line work) I've own from keen. I use this for inside work.

    Great work shoe

Best work shoes ever. On my third pair

I work in the service industry and encounter some pretty slick situations. The no-slip soles on these are fantastic and I really appreciate the steel toe. Sometimes I need it to protect my toes from heavy objects and sometimes I use the toe to "encourage" something heavy to move. I get lots of compliments on my new pair (this updated design). I owned two pair of the previous design. Those lasted me almost 2 years each and I wore them 5 days a week. My new ones look great considering they've endured a good six months on the job. Thanks, Keen. Keep making these. They're perfect for my needs.

The shoes felt like they were already mine from the minute I put them on. Very comfortable and they provide good support.

    Steel Toe???

    3

Just tried these on at a store. The shoe seems to be very well built but also heavy and rigid. I would have bought them if they came w/o a steel toe. The look and style are right up my alley which is why I'm so disappointed.

    Casual shoes w/o Steel toes

    5

I agree 100% w/the gentleman's assessment of KEEN shoes. SPOT on...but, they need a larger selection of wide shoes that have MOST of the benefits of KEEN work boots but geared toward a lighter duty w/o steel toes. More of a "Walking/Casual" shoe. Love the support & comfort. I am a KEEN fan. I shop all higher brand shoes for various functions and always return to KEEN for work shoes. I'd like to go to them for other shoes as well. Thank you KEEN.

another vote for more wide options and more without steel to

    5

Let begin by saying I am an extremely satisfied customer and every pair of Keens I have owned have nothing but exceptional quality, style, and workmanship. I hope things never change. I also don't understand why the shoe industry doesn't offer more wide sizes in general but that's a discussion for another time. I work in a hospital environment requiring fast walking and lots of pivoting, toe drags, etc. Some carrying but also I need to be very light footed most of the day avoiding obstacles on the floor such as extension and oxygen cords. I have had a pair of Tucson PR soft toe for almost 16 months with modestly priced custom inserts($60). I wear these shoes 60 hrs a week and I dare anyone to find a stitch that has loosened. They are solid. I understand the need for a steel toe, heavy lifting, machiniry, landscaping, warehouse, etc. But there is another population of us who require all the assets of the keen utility quality shoe and safety features without the need for a steel toe. I would not under any circumstance purchase a shoe with a steel toe. All said, keep the cool styles coming Keen. My rating is a result of all the other shoes I have had for over 10 years and wishing I could purchase this new style without a steel toe!
