  • How long before my order arrives?

    Delivery time:
    DPD* Standard: 3-5 business days*

    ** Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays. Public holidays apply to both The Netherlands and your delivery country.

  • What is your delivery service?

    Our delivery partner is DPD*

    *DPD partners: France- Chronopost , Spain - SEUR

    Once your parcel has been despatched, DPD will notify you by e-mail with your order tracking number, delivery day and timeslot. If the day and timeslot is not convenient, you can reschedule your delivery via e-mail directly with DPD and select one of the following options*:

    • Select an alternate delivery date.
    • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour.
    • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place.
    • Collect your parcel from your local DPD depot.
    • Upgrade to a Saturday or Sunday delivery (this service is only available once you have received your delivery notification from DPD. On receipt, you will be given the option to upgrade for an additional fee payable directly to DPD).

    * Please note services may vary by country. We recommend you visit your local DPD/partner site and enter your Tracking ID for all available options for your country.

    To benefit from this service please ensure you provide your e-mail address on order placement.

  • How can I track my parcel?

    There are two ways to track your parcel.

    • You will receive an e-mail at the address you entered during checkout advising you of the delivery status of your order and tracking information. You can track the delivery status using the tracking number provided at www.dpd.com. Please ensure you select your country site.
    • Visit www.keenfootwear.com and login to your account. Under ‘Account Overview’, you will find information regarding your order tracking details and past orders.
  • Delivery costs and services

    FREE Delivery - DPD Standard*

    *DPD partners: France- Chronopost , Spain - SEUR

    Items are generally dispatched within one business day after the receipt of your order. Depending on your location delivery will take between three to five working days. We will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes at this present time.

    Orders are dispatched on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday; excluding Public holidays (Public holidays apply to both The Netherlands and your delivery country).

     

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    Yes, we offer FREE Delivery*

    *Excludes Pro Programme orders

  • Do you offer next day delivery?

    At this present time we cannot offer next day delivery. However DPD do offer an upgrade service for weekend delivery options (this service is only available once you have received your delivery notification from DPD. On receipt, you will be given the option to upgrade for an additional fee payable directly to DPD).

  • Do you offer international delivery?

    Unfortunately, at this time we only deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom. We do however partner with international dealers that may be able to assist further in finding our product locally. In order to view our global dealer list follow the link below.

  • Do you have delivery restrictions?

    Yes, we are sorry that we cannot deliver to the following:

    • P.O Boxes
    • Multiple addresses

  • Where can I find this shoe locally?

    Unfortunately, we do not have access to what inventory our retail partners are carrying. The best option is to follow our store locator link to find stores around you that are carrying KEEN's in general. We recommend calling the retailer to see if the specific style you are interested in is available before visiting the store.
