Investigation by KEEN has determined that counterfeit KEEN products are being sold via online shops, net auction sites, etc. We furthermore determined that fraudulent sites exist that use the KEEN Footwear name for illicit purposes. Other than the KEEN sites listed below, KEEN has absolutely no connection to any other sites carrying our brand name, logos, product photos or product descriptions.

Consumers using such illicit sites risk having their personal information, ID information, and passwords stolen. They also may fail to receive products after payment has been made, may receive counterfeit products, or be met with other such damages. Please beware of these illegal sites and exercise caution.
Regarding the sale of KEEN product in Japan, because KEEN Japan GK (below referred to as KEEN) cannot take any responsibility for product sold anywhere other than at our direct retail stores,

- There is no telephone number for inquiry. Or, the telephone number listed begins with 090 or 080 (mobile phone numbers)
The email address for inquiries is a free mail address (such as Gmail or Hotmail, etc)
