100% Organic, American-Made & Not Just Another T-Shirt
“The world does not need another t-shirt.”
This is the first thing that Brian Anthony, Sr. Business Unit Manager for Soft Goods (aka t-shirts, hats, insoles, and socks) says when we sit down to chat about KEEN’s approach to t-shirt production.
A couple of years ago, Brian set out to create “more than just another t-shirt” by pushing to find out if we can do it a little bit better. By partnering with Eric Henry of TS Designs in North Carolina, a printer who is also digging deeper to make t-shirts as sustainable as possible, all KEEN tees are now made from organic, American-made, fully-traceable cotton and a print/dye process that dramatically reduces water consumption and avoids harmful chemicals.
It's dirt to shirt, all in America.

Brian says getting to this point has been a journey of constantly asking “the stupid questions” and being curious.
“Oftentimes, you can feel like you aren’t doing anything to move the needle,” Brian says. “But everybody is in a position of power. It’s the constant pressure of making better decisions, no matter how small, that can lead to massive change.”
