I am a long-time fan of the older Elsa trainers and had several pairs. They were soft, comfy and flexible from day one, and the styling made my long feet look normal on my frame. So, I ordered two pairs of these new Elsa IIIs with high expectations, but they are a bitter disappointment. The famously wide toebox on Keen shoes is suddenly missing, so I can feel the stitching rubbing on the sides of my feet just standing still, even with socks on. The canvas tongue, which used to be a little shorter is now scraping the front of my ankle. What's more, there are noticable differences between the two pairs I ordered, the left foot of one pair being noticably more uncomfortable than the left of the other. They're still cute, and the colors are versatile as always; these shoes might work for some else. Please please please bring back the old version of the Elsa!
