I LOVE these. When they first arrived I was a tiny bit concerned that the toe box wasn't quite as wide as other Keens. I wore them on all the hiking days and even some of the non-hiking days on a trip to Iceland and I am so happy with how comfortable they are! They are extremely comfortable to walk in, even after 18 hours. I wore them on a very wet glacier hike and am pleased with how waterproof they are, even after stepping into shallow streams. Slip-resistance is excellent. They are breathable, at least in moderate temperatures, and that's often a problem for me. The soles are softer than some hiking shoes, which I like. I ended up wearing them with the same mid-weight padded wool hiking socks as I do my other hiking shoes and there was no issue with space in the toe box (and I have toes that need space). I have never gone on a hiking vacation and returned without multiple blisters until these boots!
