ECO ANTI-ODOUR

We’ve turned to nature to eliminate pesticides and biocides from going into the environment. Our insoles are infused with probiotic technology that naturally breaks down odour in sweat without heavy metals or hazardous chemicals.

PFC-FREE WATER REPELLENCY

Perfluorinated Chemicals (PFCs) are commonly used to repel water on outdoor gear. But these compounds are suspected carcinogens and persist in the environment, so we’ve switched to alternative chemistry that’s safe yet still effective.

  • I would not recommend this boot

Bought these in April 2019, and it's now Sept.,and both boots are splitting in the toe region, both sides. Not a good buy.

    Terrible buy

I have the same problem as a previous reviewer, i got holes in both of my shoes on stress points. They didn't even last a season! I used to be a keen fan but have been turned off by their lack of customer service. I have current season shoes but don't have a receipt and they wouldn't do a warranty without proof of purchase date (must be under a year). They offered me a 20% discount on a new pair instead.

    Ripped, bad customer service

The boots are comfortable, but they ripped within a month of normal wear. I filed a claim to Keen over a month ago and have not heard from them yet. Plus, their mobile website is horrible. Really disappointed over all, will not be buying again.

These are the first shoes I've found in 2 years that don't hurt my Achilles's tendon. They got a hole in them while I was on a hiking vacation. I assumed I rip them on a rock but many other reviews complain about rips in the exact same spot. Now I'm not sure I want to pay for new ones that won't last through my next hiking trip in a few months.

Worse that big box store shoes

    1

I wear these only at work to help support weak ankles. Within a couple months of minimal time on my feet, they developed holes right at the toe crease. Both sides. Both feet. I'm particularly upset because it looks since I got them on sale, I get no guarantee. Despite that sale price being more than I've EVER paid for shoes. RIP off. Defective product.

    Didn't Last

    1

I bought these boots last fall and wore them for the first time in November. By March, there were holes in them and my feet were getting wet. The holes are where the crease in the boot comes when taking a step (at the top of the toes). They were a very comfortable boot but 5 months wear is unacceptable for the price that they are. I can't even wear them on dry days anymore because when they got wet inside, they didn't dry fast enough before a mildew smell developed. They were only used for walking the dog in the woods on rainy/snowy days - they did not get a lot of vertical climbing.

KEEN Terradora Waterproof win the week.

    5

I have been putting my new KEENs to the test this week with a number of different hikes (24 km total so far). One day I stepped in a bog of mud that was to above my ankles. Another day, I hiked in the rain for over an hour, which inevitably led to some unavoidable puddles. Other than a heel blister (earned from a different pair of shoes), and over tightening the laces (which is user error), I have not once been uncomfortable, wet or dirty on my feet while wearing them.

    Hole after 3 weeks

    2

I bought these shoes for trail walking. They fit more narrow than any other keen's I've tried so they fit me perfectly and were amazing at the start. However, after about 3 weeks of 1-2 hours per day of use, they developed a hole in the side where the toe part bends. Warranty came through with no issues, they really do stand by their products, but I was hoping for much better quality.

    Poorly made

    2

I bought these almost two years ago and have worn them no more than ten times. Very comfortable and supportive, great for long hikes. Unfortunately the fabric is ripping on both shoes in the same location that everyone else has reported issues. I don't think I've put them through anything extreme so this is very disappointing. They're now useless for hikes in muddy and wet conditions. First and last pair of Keens.
