We accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard
We are required by law to charge applicable tax on orders shipped to the following provinces and territories: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, and Prince Edward Island.
Why have I been charged more than once?
Occasionally, the payment authorization request can appear in your account multiple times, especially if you had any decline messages appear during check out. The good news is that they are just authorization requests and will not post to your account. Moreover, the pending hold will drop away within 24-48 hours.
Keep in mind that when you place orders for items that ship from different warehouses, there is a chance the charges will be separate depending on when they ship. For this reason, there is a chance you will see an authorization for $200 for the order, but the actual charges that post could be split charges of $100 each.
