If you placed your order using Klarna (open invoice) payment option, Klarna will send the invoice after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received the email invoice from Klarna, please contact our KEEN Fan Service team or alternatively you can contact Klarna directly to request a re-issue of your invoice.
