After you submit your claim, you will be given a reference number that will allow you to check the status of your claim at any time. Please allow 15 business days for a KEEN warranty specialist to begin processing your claim. Please note, if you are a retailer, please call your dealer service representative for help.

Warranty Replacement Product Exchange Policy

If your warranty replacement request is approved and you wish to exchange your warranty replacement product, you must call 1.866.676.KEEN (5336) to obtain exchange authorization. We’re happy to exchange unworn products for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days, but we are unable to offer a refund for warranty replacement products.

KEEN CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: Your custom KEEN products, created by you, are built just for you! This means that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for your order. In the unfortunate event that you have a question regarding a manufacturing defect with your merchandise, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-866-676-5336. If it is determined that your merchandise is eligible for return, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label so you can send your product back for further evaluation by our Quality Assurance Division.
