A big move is coming.
We’re excited to announce that we’ve purchased a building at the corner of 13th & Glisan, just a few blocks down the street from our current location, that will serve as our new headquarters. It’s a move that expresses our commitment to the future of Portland and the city’s importance as a catalyst for hybrid innovation.
The five story, 50,000 square foot office building includes a ground floor retail space (approx. 6,000 square feet), a lower level recreation room (6,000 square feet), and four floors of office space (approx. 10,000 square feet each). We’ll design the space to incorporate existing innovations, such as our Recess Hub and KEEN Garage, while planning an environment that inspires and supports creativity into the future.
“As pioneers, we continue to look for new ways to expand for growth, engage our brand, and energize our team. This latest project is another exciting step towards our commitment to Portland and our entire HybridLife Community around the world!” exclaimed CEO James Curleigh.

The project will be managed by a team of KEEN advisers, led by Tom Cody, managing partner of Portland-based Project.
We plan to move into our new headquarters by the end of 2012.

Just don’t ever quit making the Keen Venice! I am 61 years old and it is the ONLY shoe I can wear without custom orthotics! And I can walk longer and better in the Keens than I can with other shoes!
in 2004 i was in chicago at the marathon expo…i walked past a shoe display with a brand i had never heard of …KEEN…well i said to myself i didn’t need to stop i was broke and i had too many shoes…well i turned around and then tried them on…i fell in love…my boyfriend who is a podiatrist was with me and he also owns his own shoe store and foot lab in the store..SOLE SENSATIONS…i told him he had to get this line in his store and he did….we were the first to bring the line to BLOOMINGTON, IN…now they are everywhere…i helped my granddaughter’s school with a carnival last fall and it seemed 3 out of 5 people had keens on…a very popular shoe…all for good reasons…thank you for keeping your company in USA and in the great town of portland…where i have ran a marathon…and to reuse an old building is awesome…you are a great company…

Very disappointed in the response I received from Keen regarding my MaryJane shoes that CLICK! i have spent considerable time and expence trying to get satisfaction. Keen reps said the shoes don’t click…Nursing home residents HEARD my shoes clicking and wanted to know what the noise was. The elderly shoemaker heard my shoes click…HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE NOT HEAR THESE SHOES CLICKING/ Why would I spend $10. to ship new shoes to Keen if they wee not defective? I love Keen MaryJanes but thisk experience has not been pleasant!!! If you are purchasing KEEN shoes..use a credit card that will mediate for you ..buyer beware!!
