Hybrid.Pedal was a 900-mile outdoor industry cycling initiative with a goal of generating awareness for The Conservation Alliance, a non-profit group of outdoor businesses dedicated to protecting wild places for their habitat and recreation value.

Hybrid.Pedal traveled through many of the places The Conservation Alliance has helped preserve and other areas still needing protection.

The trip was captured on film, start to finish, and the video will be available online soon.

PURPOSE

Hybrid.Pedal and its riders partnered with The Conservation Alliance grantees and local retailers to generate awareness for The Conservation Alliance and the wild and natural areas of America it is helping to protect.

All proceeds from the ride will be donated to The Conservation Alliance grantees that were highlighted along the ride.

Hybrid.Pedal started in Portland, OR and finished in Salt Lake City, UT. Participants rode east from Portland to Boise, then to Ketchum before heading south to Salt Lake City.

The ride, and subsequent film, will highlight the efforts of grassroots conservation organizations to protect the following wild places:
