If your warranty replacement request is approved and you wish to exchange your warranty replacement product, you must call 0120.530.570 to obtain exchange authorization. We’re happy to exchange unworn products for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days, but we are unable to offer a refund for warranty replacement products.
