For Warranty claims for product purchased via an authorised KEEN Retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding your claim. For Warranty claims purchased via www.keenfootwear.com please complete the form below with as much information as possible, as we cannot process incomplete forms. After you submit your claim, you will be given a reference number that will allow you to check the status of your claim at any time. Please allow 10 business days for a KEEN warranty specialist to begin processing your claim. Please note, if you are a retailer, please call your dealer service representative for help.

If your warranty replacement request is approved and you wish to exchange your warranty replacement product, you must call prior to obtain exchange authorization. For Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, and United Kingdom:

We're happy to exchange unworn products for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days, but we are unable to offer a refund for warranty replacement products.
