  1. Please send your return back to us in the original shipping box it arrived in. If there are any old tracking labels attached to the box, please remove them or cover them with the new label.
  2. Place the printout titled "Return Packing Slip" inside the box.
  3. Fold the printed label at the dotted line. Place the label in the UPS shipping pouch. If you don't have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. Take care not to cover any seems or closures.
  4. Collection and Drop-off
    1. Drop-off customers: Take this package to your local UPS Customer Centre. To find the most convenient UPS location, please visit http://www.ups.com. Enter your country, select 'Locations' then select 'UPS Customer Centre.'
    2. Collection customers: Have your shipment(s) ready for the driver. To arrange collection contact your local UPS office, please visit http://www.ups.com. Enter your country, select 'Schedule a collection'. Select 'yes' to the question 'Do you have a shipping label?'. Please note that the UPS account number is not required, please leave this field empty. All fields indicated with are mandatory.
    3. UPS (UK) Collections Only – When scheduling a collection, please ensure you select ‘Next Day Collection’ or an available date thereafter. Please note that ‘Same Day Collection’ service is not covered by the KEEN Returns/Exchange Policy.

Please note: You will receive a credit on your account within two weeks from the date we receive your package. Please save your tracking number for your records.
