KEEN PRODUCT WARRANTY
KEEN offers a one year warranty on all our products from the original date of purchase, as well as a two year warranty on our KEEN.Dry waterproof system, against any leaking, as long as your product was purchased from an authorised KEEN dealer. If you believe your KEEN footwear, Clothing, bag or socks are defective for any reason, please contact the KEEN retailer where the original purchase was made. The retailer is the best place to get your warranty issue resolved, should you need further assistance with your claim for purchases via a KEEN authorised retailer, please contact KEEN via email@example.com.

Please note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorised repair, or purchased from any third party seller that is not an authorised KEEN Europe Outdoor B.V retailer.

Can I get my KEEN shoes re-soled?
Although we would love to be able to re-sole our favorite KEEN shoes, the technology and construction we use on our outsoles does not permit us to replace them.

We have bungee laces to offer for replacements. For all other lace styles, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that some lace styles and colors are no longer available.

Warranty Replacement Product Exchange Policy
If your warranty replacement request is approved and you wish to exchange your warranty replacement product, you must call 1.866.676.KEEN (5336) to obtain exchange authorization. We're happy to exchange unworn products for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days, but we are unable to offer a refund for warranty replacement products.
