How I live a HybridLife

I am part of the KEEN Online team and my hybrid life consists of running, yoga, hiking, more running, and chillin' with my mutts, well, hybrid dogs - Aven and Lhoste - the sweetest rescued puggles on the face of the Earth. They remind me every morning that everyday is a great day to be outside, rain or shine, and I love them for that.
