KEEN PRODUCT WARRANTY
KEEN offers a one year warranty on all our products from the original date of purchase, as well as a two year warranty on our KEEN.Dry waterproof system, against any leaking, as long as your product was purchased from an authorized KEEN dealer. If you believe your KEEN footwear, bag or socks are defective for any reason, please contact the KEEN dealer where the original purchase was made. The dealer is the best place to get your warranty issue resolved, for all other warranty claims and for product purchased via www.keenfootwear.com please use our Warranty Claim Form.
Please note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair, or purchased from any third party seller that is not an authorized KEEN Canada dealer.

Can I get my KEEN shoes re-soled?
Although we would love to be able to re-sole our favorite KEEN shoes, the technology and construction we use on our outsoles does not permit us to replace them.

We have bungee laces to offer for replacements. For all other lace styles, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that some lace styles and colors are no longer available.

How do I return or exchange a warranty replacement product?
Warranty Replacement Product Exchange Policy
If your warranty replacement request is approved and you wish to exchange your warranty replacement product, you must call 1.866.676.KEEN (5336) to obtain exchange authorization. We're happy to exchange unworn products for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days, but we are unable to offer a refund for warranty replacement products.
We stand behind all KEEN products and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the confirmed date of purchase. In the unfortunate event there is a manufacturing defect with your merchandise, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-866-676-5336 or send an email to Nina, our Custom KEEN Specialist firstname.lastname@example.org
If your merchandise is eligible for return, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label so you can send your product back for further evaluation by our Quality Assurance department. If it is determined that your damaged product is a result of factory manufacturing, our liability is to reimburse you the cost of the defective product if we cannot replace it for you.
