Spring is officially here and is being kicked off in style with the Upper Wind Whitewater Festival. Organized by the Oregon Rafting Team, this year’s event is taking place on March 24th in Upper Wind River, WA and beginning at the Stabler put in.
The race was originally scheduled for March 17th, but had to be pushed back a week because of a high water forecast. Suddenly given some extra time, the team ended up using that day to take on a different sort of challenge…
