Heading into the Wind Rivers at cloudbase

On August 7th, KEEN Ambassador Nick Greece broke the Wyoming paragliding distance record. In total, it was a 205 mile long flight through the Wind Rivers and out into the red desert. It was also the first time a paraglider in the USA has flown over 200 miles from a foot launch, as well as the fifth-longest paragliding flight ever documented. In fact, it was long enough to beat a 198-mile record set only a few days earlier by Nate Scales.

Nick summed it up best when he said, “It was a rad day that I had been looking forward to for a long time!”
