A Day of Stewardship with the Forest Park Conservancy

We got more than 40 folks from the office out for a morning of volunteeer trail work with The Forest Park Conservancy and Portland Parks & Recreation. Most of the work focused on habitat restoration, pulling non-native invasive weeds and improving fences.

More than 300 volunteers at six different sites came out on Friday, April 22.  Partners included The Standard, REI, KEEN, Icebreaker, Stoel Rives, West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District, SOLV, and the Linnton community.
